Help power a high-growth flexible packaging operation in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Whether you’re stepping in as a developing press assistant or already confident on the controls, you’ll support a fast-scaling site producing technical films for building materials, lawn & garden, and chemical applications.

About the Operation

What You’ll DoPrint Operator

• Set up and run flexographic presses for flexible packaging.
• Dial in ink viscosity, web tension, and registration; verify quality with measurement tools and viscometers.
• Collaborate to hit throughput and quality goals; troubleshoot before calling maintenance.
• Advance quickly—high performers can reach Shift Lead within a year.

Assistant Print Operator

• Support setups and steady-state running: load materials, align rolls, prep inks.
• Assist with matching and quality checks.
• Gain hands-on training in press operations and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Promotion path to Print Operator within the first year for strong performers.

What It Takes

• Print Operators: 6+ months press experience (flexo ; litho or rotogravure welcome).
• Assistant Print Operators: 6+ months in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and team .
• Basic computer, math, and measurement proficiency.
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule readiness (every other weekend) and ability to train on 1st shift.

Pay, Shifts, Location

• Print Operator: $27.27–$28.87/hr + $2/hr night shift differential
• Assistant Print Operator: $24.06/hr + $2/hr night shift differential
• Shifts: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM (Days); 6:45 PM–7:00 AM (Nights)
• Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 (48 hours one week, 36 hours the next)
• Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
