Position Overview: Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to oversee safety and compliance across our expanding operations. As Fleet Safety and Compliance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining high safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting driver operations across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce driver safety policies and operational procedures across assigned zTrip markets
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews
• Maintain accurate records for driver certifications, background checks, drug screenings, and training completions
• Investigate vehicle incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and lead corrective action plans
• Stay current on local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure consistent safety practices and compliance
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing safety training for drivers
• Serve as a liaison between drivers, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure clear communication and resolution
