As a Fleet Mechanic - Heavy Truck Technician, you begin your day diagnosing and troubleshooting heavy trucks and fleet vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition. You balance your time between performing maintenance in the shop and responding to on-site service calls, bringing your expertise directly to where problems arise. With your tools at the ready, you quickly identify and solve mechanical issues, leveraging your skills to keep the fleet running smoothly. The fast-paced environment challenges you with a variety of equipment, pushing you to think critically and adapt as you tackle each day's unique demands. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR FLEET MECHANIC - HEAVY TRUCK TECHNICIAN?

• 2+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic (5+ years )
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Personal tools and toolbox ready for the job
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in active shop or roadside environments
• Strong diagnostic skills and determination to tackle tough repairs
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends when on-call
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, get-it-done approach
