Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee and manage a fleet of over 1000 vehicles ensuring smooth operations cost control compliance and fleet optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fleet operations maintenance and vehicle lifecycle.

• Handle insurance policies claims renewals and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor operational costs invoicing and budget control.

• Ensure adherence to operational timelines and service standards.

• Identify opportunities for fleet expansion and business growth.

• Utilize fleet management systems and ERP software for reporting and control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Transport Management Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Professional certification in Fleet or Operations Management (preferred).

• Proven experience managing 1000 vehicles.

• Strong knowledge of insurance compliance and fleet systems.
