Job Title: Fleet Coordinator Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet operations documentation and administrative processes. The role involves assisting in fleet coordination maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating daily fleet activities and vehicle movements.

  • Maintain vehicle records insurance documents and registration files.

  • Support invoicing processes and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Update and manage data in fleet management systems or ERP platforms.

  • Coordinate with internal departments vendors and drivers as required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Administration Accounting or related field (preferred).

  • Relevant experience in fleet coordination or administrative support.

  • Basic knowledge of invoicing insurance documentation and vehicle records.

  • Familiarity with fleet management systems or ERP software.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
