Position Summary:
The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, maximizing studio revenue, and ensuring a premium member experience. This leadership role requires a high-energy, goal-driven individual who thrives in a fitness environment, that is customer-centric. You will be one of the faces of the studio, building lasting relationships and foster a strong local fitness community.
Sales leads are supported by an outside marketing service along with extensive training and support from the studio owners.

Qualifications:
- Face to Face sales experience
- Must enjoy fitness, upbeat and positive
- Great communication skills
- Able to determine prospects needs and match membership types
- Computer skills and phone apps
- Able to work M-F in early mornings and afternoons
- Strong management and leadership abilities
- Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services
- Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy

- Excellent customer service and sales skills
Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales goals (training provided)
- Conduct studio tours, introduce SPENGA experien e, and close on memberhip sales
- Manage leads, schedule into sessions, and follow up using the studio's CRM tools
- Collaborate with studio owners, and events team to launch successful promotions
- Support marketing events (Sip & Stretch, 5K runs etc.), community outreach, and open houses.
- Retain and increase client participation
