FPS Technologies is looking for a well-rounded fire sprinkler technician with experience in Service & Inspections to join our experienced and growing service department. We are looking for someone in both Oklahoma City or Tulsa.

FPS Technologies is the largest locally owned & operated full-service fire protection company in Oklahoma with branches in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. FPS Technologies employs 58 employees over 2 locations. We offer fire extinguisher inspections and service as well as new sales of extinguishers; kitchen hood inspections and installation; alarm system service, installation and monitoring; sprinkler system installation, maintenance and repair as well as new construction of Sprinkler and Alarm systems. FPS Technologies is a well-established service company operating for over 14 years in Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
- Service and Inspections of commercial fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 13, NFPA 25 & other applicable requirements
- Certification for Backflow Inspections and service/repair.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on both wet and dry fire sprinkler systems
- Use tablet to document service and inspections
- Work with service and inspections coordinator and team to complete assigned jobs in a timely manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers
Job Requirements:
- Applicant must have current Fire Sprinkler - Technician License issued through the Oklahoma Dept. of Labor
- Backflow certification - or interest in obtaining backflow certification
- Ability to physically lift 50 pounds independently and safely operate power tools
- Working from heights (ladders, lifts)
- High integrity and proper judgement
- Self-Managed
- Operate in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with others
- Maintain & protect company-owned vehicle, tools, and materials
