Job Description

Fire Sprinkler Project Manager – £55,000 – London\n\nWe are currently representing a well-established fire suppression systems company. Due to sheer growth, they are looking for a fire sprinkler project manager to add to their team in the London area. \n\nSalary Package:\n\n£45,000 - £55,000\nTravel into London covered\nMobile phone, tablet, laptop\nPension scheme\nTraining\n23 days holiday + bank holidays\n\nArea of cover:\n\nLondon and surrounding areas\n\nDuties:\n\nUnderstand the project scope thoroughly and ensure that the project aligns with the client brief.\nEffectively manage the design process, swiftly resolving design issues to ensure smooth progress.\nObtain and assess sub-contractor quotations, selecting the best sub-contractor for the works to maintain high-quality standards.\nTake charge of health and safety protocols, including the production of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) and conducting regular site inspections.\nHold financial responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the project, ensuring it stays within budgetary constraints.\nCoordinate and manage site teams efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.\nAct as the main point of contact for clients, liaising effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, sub-contractors, internal teams, and directors.\nPrepare and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and milestones achieved.\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in project management within the active fire protection industry.\nStrong knowledge of fire sprinklers, both Residential & Commercial.\nExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in project management software and tools.\nAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
