Fire Sprinkler Project Manager – £55,000 – London
We are currently representing a well-established fire suppression systems company. Due to sheer growth, they are looking for a fire sprinkler project manager to add to their team in the London area.
Salary Package:
£45,000 - £55,000

Duties:
Understand the project scope thoroughly and ensure that the project aligns with the client brief.
Effectively manage the design process, swiftly resolving design issues to ensure smooth progress.
Obtain and assess sub-contractor quotations, selecting the best sub-contractor for the works to maintain high-quality standards.
Take charge of health and safety protocols, including the production of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) and conducting regular site inspections.
Hold financial responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the project, ensuring it stays within budgetary constraints.
Coordinate and manage site teams efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, liaising effectively with all stakeholders, including suppliers, sub-contractors, internal teams, and directors.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed about project status and milestones achieved.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within the active fire protection industry.
Strong knowledge of fire sprinklers, both Residential & Commercial.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
