Fire & Security Service Engineer
We’re hiring for a Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a rapidly growing and reputable fire safety specialist based in Bury, Greater Manchester. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on a range of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems and associated life safety systems.

What will you be doing as a Fire & Security Service Engineer?
* Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems and associated life safety equipment
* Responding to reactive callouts, diagnosing issues efficiently and ensuring systems are fully operational
* Working in line with health and safety procedures, injury prevention policies, and company standards at all times
* Representing the company professionally on-site – maintaining a smart appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer communication skills to build lasting client relationships
* Completing all company, customer, and personal paperwork accurately and to a high standard
* Participating in the on-call rota as part of your area coverage team
What do you need?
* Proven experience maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems
* Good knowledge of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic abilities
* Full UK driving licence
* A valid DBS certificate or the ability to obtain one
