\nOwnership: Do you step up, take charge of tasks, and look for solutions instead of waiting to be told? \nPersonable: Are you easy to talk to and someone who builds good relationships with others?Clymac's Project Manager's\n\nPrimarily responsible for managing the delivery of our Supply, Install and Commissioning works, you will be accountability for:\n\nManage multiple fire and security projects\nLiaising with the client, end user and installers to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time\nVisiting project sites and monitoring progression\nCompletion and issue of certification\nEnsure service level agreements are met\nEnsuring margin expectation is met \nResponsible for all P&l\nManaging payment application processes/Work in progress (WIP)\nIssuing payment notices & agreeing invoices\nAttending final account meetings with clients\nProcurement of subcontractors\nDay to day management of subcontractors & commissioning teams\nAccountable for each project as a wholeRequirements\n\nWho We're Looking For\n\nAt Clymac, we value skilled and dedicated professionals who take pride in their work.
