Our mission is simple: to combine outstanding customer service with innovation and excellence in system design, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.\nRole Summary\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of installation projects within our Fire, Security, and IRS divisions.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage projects through all phases — from initiation to completion — ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.\nLead regular project meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.\nProvide consistent communication and progress updates both internally and externally.\nProactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.\nOversee project scope and implement effective change control processes.\nPrepare and maintain key project documentation and reports.\nManage resource allocation efficiently to meet project demands.\nBe hands-on where necessary to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.\nConduct comprehensive handovers to clients upon project completion.\nSkills & Experience Required\nStrong understanding of project management principles and full lifecycle methodologies.\nProven experience managing multiple installation projects simultaneously.\nRelevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA, NSI, LPCB, City & Guilds).\nExperience within the construction or Fire & Security sector.\nTechnical knowledge of systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and IRS.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.\nHighly organised, self-motivated, and able to lead and inspire project teams.\nStrong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.\nA clear record with no criminal convictions, able to pass CRB/DBS and industry screening checks.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary with performance-based commission.\nPension scheme.\n28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).\nAdditional holiday entitlement for each year of service.\nBirthday leave (after probation period).\nCompany vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone.\nOngoing training and development opportunities.\nExcellent prospects for career progression within a growing, ambitious company.\nKeywords - Project Manager, Project Management, Qualifications FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G, Fire & Security, Construction, Planning, Execuation, Management Documents, Project Initiation, Intruder Alarms, CCTV/Access Control
