The successful candidate will join a well-established mobile engineering team with long-term contracts, structured support, and opportunities for progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Fire & Security Engineer\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on fire and security systems\n\nService and maintain CCTV, fire alarm, and associated electronic security systems\n\nRespond to service and breakdown callouts within agreed response times\n\nEnsure all work is completed in line with client KPIs and compliance standards\n\nAccurately complete service reports and all relevant documentation\n\nIdentify system faults and recommend appropriate remedial actions\n\nMaintain high standards of health & safety and customer service at all times\n\nParticipate in an on-call rota when required\n\nWork independently across multiple commercial sites\n\nRequirements needed from the Fire & Security Engineer\n\nPrevious experience working within the fire and security industry\n\nStrong knowledge of CCTV systems including IP and analogue systems\n\nExperience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems\n\nElectrical qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nGood communication and organisational skills\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nIPAF licence advantageous, although training can be provided\n\nIdeal FIre & Security Engineer Candidate\n\nHands-on engineer with a proactive approach to maintenance and fault finding\n\nComfortable working within fast-paced commercial environments\n\nStrong customer-facing skills and professional attitude\n\nLooking to join a stable and growing organisation with long-term opportunities
