Fire & Security Engineer\n\nBerkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire & the M4 Corridor\n£35,000 to £50,000 DOE + company vehicle + benefits\n\nWe're recruiting a Fire & Security Engineer for a well established specialist integrator covering the Home Counties and the M4 corridor. This business delivers high quality work across residential and commercial sites and has built its reputation on doing things properly, not rushing jobs or cutting corners.\n\nThis role suits an engineer who enjoys being hands on, takes pride in tidy installs, and wants trust, variety, and long term progression without being pushed into a desk job.\n\nThe role\n\nYou'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining Fire & Security systems across a mix of residential and commercial environments. The work is varied and well planned, with a strong focus on quality and client care.\n\nYou'll be trusted to manage your own jobs, represent the company professionally on site, and deliver work to a high standard.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nInstalling, commissioning, testing, and maintaining Fire & Security systems\nWorking with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control\nCarrying out fault finding, service visits, and small works or upgrades\nCompleting surveys, job reports, and clear documentation\nCommunicating professionally with clients and site contacts\nEnsuring all work meets current standards and regulations \n\nWhat they're looking for\n\nProven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer\nStrong hands on knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control\nA professional, calm, client-facing approach\nGood organisation and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and manage your own workload\nFull UK driving licence\nDesire to develop long term while staying technical \n\nWhat you get\n\n£35,000 to £50,000 salary depending on experience\nCompany vehicle and fuel card\nLaptop and mobile phone provided\nBirthday off as an extra day of leave\nBenefits and discounts platform\nOngoing training and clear development plan\nA role with trust, autonomy, and genuine progression \n\nAreas covered\n\nBerkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and the M4 corridor.
