Fire & Security Engineer\nUp to £42,000 (dependent on experience)\n\nLondon/Surrey Based\n\nMy client is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team. This role involves working across a range of fire protection and electronic security systems, ensuring installations, maintenance, and servicing are carried out to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInstall, inspect, and maintain fire protection and security systems in line with relevant codes and industry standards.\n\nService and testing: fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and intercoms\n\nDiagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently\n\nUse hand and power tools to install and test equipment\n\nComplete accurate service reports and documentation\n\nWork independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines\n\nParticipate in an on-call rota ( this is shared between engineers in the department)\n\nRequirements\n\nFull UK Driving Licences ( clean record)\n\nProven experience or certification in fire and/or security systems\n\nStrong fault finding and problem-solving skills\n\nGood communication and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage workload and work under minimal supervision\n\nBenefits\n\nSalary up to £42,000 depending on experience\n\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off\n\nOvertime available ( evenings and weekends)\n\nCompany vehicle ( Van for install engineers; van/car optional for service engineers)\n\nOn – call rota with additional earning potential
