Title: Senior Service Technician – Fire Life Safety & Security Systems
Location: San Diego, CA

About the Role:
A well-established fire life safety and security systems integrator is seeking a Senior Service Technician in San Diego. This position involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing low-voltage systems in commercial and secure environments, including hospitals, schools, and high-rise buildings.
Responsibilities:

Respond to service calls for fire alarm, nurse call, access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
Repair or replace faulty components.
Provide technical support and training to end users.
Maintain accurate service records.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with systems such as EST3, Lenel, and Ascom.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends.
Must meet vaccination requirements for hospital work.

Physical Requirements:

Drive up to 2+ hours/day.
Work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions.
Lift up to 20 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.
Stand/sit for extended periods.

Work Environments May Include:

Hospitals, commercial buildings, construction sites, high-rise/mid-rise buildings.
