We’re seeking a Fire Alarm Field Service Technician to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of fire alarm systems. This role is ideal for someone proactive, technically adept, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems per manufacturer specs and code requirements.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions with precision and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.
• Program and calibrate fire alarm components.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician.
• NICET Level I certification ().
• FDNY S78 or S98 certification (Required for Tier II & III).
• Familiarity with Edwards EST systems ().
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
