Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a Group FP&A Manager based in London. This is a high-impact role within a leading life insurer working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead group planning and reporting across IFRS, GAAP, and solvency metrics.
• Deliver insightful analysis and scenario modelling to support decision-making.
• Leading forecasting and variance analysis
• Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Risk, and Strategy teams to ensure robust processes.
• Lead quarterly KPI reporting for board presentation

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified actuary with strong experience in life insurance and capital modelling.
• Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17 is helpful

Location: London (hybrid)
