Job Title: FP&A Manager

Location: Irving or Lewisville, Texas

Compensation: Up to $170,000 base + $40,000 bonus

This role is all about building influence, shaping processes, and driving performance for a $650M+ multi-location region that serves as the blueprint for how the company operates nationally.

What You’ll Do

• Own P&L forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reviews with executives and regional leadership.
• Partner closely with field teams to deliver data-driven insights—this is not a purely corporate finance seat.
• Standardize tools, dashboards, and KPIs to drive adoption and elevate operations.
• Influence  best practices by exporting what works in this region.
• Tackle evolving budgeting processes, modeling, and strategic project work.

Ideal Candidate

• Industry Fit: Experience in field-driven, operationally complex businesses (multi-location services, manufacturing, or other labor-productivity industries).
• Mindset: Intellectually curious, highly analytical, and proactive; thrives on building relationships with operators, not just crunching numbers.
• Background: 7+ years in FP&A or operational finance, with strong modeling skills and exposure to high-growth or PE-backed environments.

The Details

• Location: Dallas metro; hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, Wednesdays remote).
• Travel: 10–20% (heavier early on).
• Compensation: $150K–$170K base + $40K bonus.
• Scope: Individual contributor to start, with future potential to build a team.
