ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leverage existing data warehouse to help develop predictive analytics and build tools that can be used regularly to direct leadership on trends in the business
- Assisting in preparation and analysis of monthly financials reporting at individual office locations
- Participate in the constructing and refining of business models, financial forecasts, and operational goals that maximize our current and future ROIs
- Help develop valuation models and data analysis for target acquisitions
- Assist in the annual budget process to ensure key initiatives are incorporated and build tracking around achievement of annual goals
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to prepare the monthly reporting package for the bank and board presentation
- Assist with the enhancement of analytical systems and data tools to increase the ease of reviewing operational and financial results across the organization (ModMed, PowerBI, Workday Adaptive)
- Support with the integration of data and information from acquired practices into reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or similar required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of progressive work experience in financial reporting and dashboarding .
- Prior experience in healthcare but not required.
- Excel experience a must. Competency with similar tools a plus.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or other business intelligence software tools and systems such as Workday Adaptive strongly .
- Confidence and a mindset equivalent to your skill set. Attitude without arrogance. A roll-up-your sleeves approach to getting the job done.
