Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our high-energy Finance team. This position is a hybrid of in-person and remote work (one day a week remote) in Midvale, Utah. Your Role & Impact
As our FP&A Analyst, you’ll partner with Accounting, Operations, and Senior Leadership to ensure financial performance stays on target — and that clear, data-driven insights back our decision-making.
You’ll be responsible for:

Budgeting & Forecasting – Drive the annual budget process and prepare forward-looking projections.

Financial Reporting – Deliver accurate monthly reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations.

Analysis & Insights – Build dashboards, presentations, and models that guide key business decisions.

Collaboration – Work cross-functionally to ensure numbers are accurate and meaningful.

Cash Flow & Metrics – Maintain forecasts, debt service calculations, and occupancy analytics.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2–3 years’ experience in finance or accounting.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Yardi, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance teams.

Experience in healthcare or senior living , but not required.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 DOE
