Job Description

£50K - £80K + bonus

Fram is working with a growing financial planning firm that is looking to engage with an experienced Financial Adviser to take responsibility for an established client base across Devon. The position is employed with a competitive salary and bonus structure, and offers hybrid working with significant flexibility over how the diary is managed. Advisers are supported by an experienced manager who has worked in client-facing roles and is known for a collaborative and empowering approach.

The role involves providing holistic financial planning to a diverse group of clients through a mix of in-person meetings and video calls. With central paraplanning and administrative support, advisers are able to focus on relationship management, ongoing suitability, and the delivery of high-quality advice. The environment suits individuals who enjoy autonomy while still being part of a supportive and knowledgeable team.

This may appeal to a Diploma-qualified adviser who values working with an existing book rather than building a client base from scratch. It may also suit someone looking for a role where professional judgement is trusted, diary management is flexible, and the leadership team understands the practicalities of day-to-day advice work. Progression towards Chartered status is encouraged but not essential.
