Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $26.32/hr (W2)
Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension)
Start Date: October 6, 2025 (Hard Start Date)
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate to join a leading financial services firm. This role acts as an extension of branch management, supporting the review and approval of incoming and outgoing money movement transactions. The AMT Associate plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, preventing fraud, and ensuring client satisfaction while operating in a fast-paced, high-quality service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Review and approve money movement requests in a timely, accurate manner
• Collaborate with branch associates, senior management, and field service managers to process transactions and resolve issues
• Apply firm and industry policies to prevent fraud and protect client assets
• Stay up-to-date on SEC, FINRA, compliance, and firm guidelines
• Participate in projects and technology pilots as assigned
• Work effectively in a team environment, using critical thinking and internal tools to resolve escalations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a financial, administrative, or operations role
• Proven success in previous positions with similar responsibilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
• Attention to detail with excellent follow-up, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot technical issues

Note: Candidates must be able to start on 10/6/2025 and work on-site 3 days per week in Columbus, OH
