Title: Financial Analyst – Cost Modeling & Policy
Clearance: Public Trust (Moderate Risk)
Location: On-site, Washington, DC
Experience: 4+ years
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar
Metrics is pursuing a contract with the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), to provide financial management operations and support under a long-term engagement in Washington, DC. We are seeking highly qualified professionals with deep federal financial experience — particularly those familiar with CBS, GFMS, and NFC systems — to join our team if awarded the contract.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate biennial User Review process

Develop and maintain cost models for ITA services

Identify and justify cost drivers for pricing decisions

Document policy and align with OMB Circular A-25

Prepare reports for senior leadership and Treasury
Required Qualifications:

Experience developing federal cost models or structures

Understanding of OMB Circular A-25

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with indirect/direct costing

Experience working on revenue-generating programs within federal agencies
