Job Description

SystemsAccountants are working on behalf of a legal client to source a Finance Systems Support Analyst (Elite 3E) to provide systems support to users. The role will involve educating staff in the system, maintaining documentation, and designing, testing, and implementing functional improvements. \n\n Deliver expert and dependable support for financial systems to users across the global network.

\n Log, track and escalate software defects and other technical issues as required. \n Seek opportunities to enhance service quality, improve processes and optimise the use of financial systems. \n Help identify performance issues and support IT teams in testing and validating technical solutions.

\n Contribute to the creation and upkeep of training materials and scripts, and assist in delivering training sessions so that all finance staff have the necessary system knowledge. \n Be able to work in shift patterns on a rota basis between 07:00 and 19:00. \n\n Able to adapt to new systems and technologies (SQL, reporting concepts).
