We are seeking a Finance Project & Governance Manager to play a key role in supporting a high-profile regulatory application and the establishment of robust finance governance frameworks. This position will work closely with Finance leadership, Project teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory submissions.

The successful candidate will combine strong financial management skills with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and governance expertise within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Lead and coordinate Finance workstreams supporting regulatory applications and strategic business initiatives.
\n
Ensure appropriate governance and control over financial inputs submitted as part of regulatory applications, including base case and stress-testing financials.
\n
Manage and coordinate information requests from project teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Finance outputs.
\n
Prepare and shape high-quality presentations and reporting materials for CFO and senior leadership audiences.
\n
Perform financial analysis across key areas, including Legal Entity Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet reporting, and other ad hoc financial requests.
\n
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Finance governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
\n
Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Project teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
\n
Provide cross-functional support across Finance Regulatory Operations activities as required.
\n
Support governance forums such as ALCO, including the collation of Management Information packs, presentation materials, meeting coordination, and secretariat responsibilities.
\n
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, controls, and governance standards.

Skills & Experience
\n
Experience within Finance, Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Finance Change, or Finance Transformation functions.
\n
Strong understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and financial forecasting.
\n
Experience supporting regulatory initiatives, regulatory submissions, or large-scale change programmes within financial services.
\n
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
\n
Ability to communicate complex financial information to senior executive audiences.
\n
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and management information packs.
\n
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
\n
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
\n
\n
Background
\n
Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated environments.
\n
Experience supporting regulatory licence applications, entity setup programmes, governance frameworks, or finance transformation initiatives.
\n
Exposure to ALCO, Treasury, Capital Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Legal Entity Reporting activities.
