Finance Project Manager - NetSuite

Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

1-2 days per week on-site in London

Are you a qualified finance professional with a passion for driving transformation? Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their major CRM replacement and finance transformation programme, playing a pivotal role in redefining how they operate and deliver value.

In this high-profile role, you will act as Project Manager and Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Finance workstream. You will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of finance transformation activities, ensuring all solutions are on time, within scope and budget, while supporting compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced financial insight.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the Finance workstream within a major CRM and finance transformation programme.
• Redesign and implement future-state finance processes (O2C and R2R) aligned with new business models and best practice.
• Oversee billing and subscription process transformation, including NetSuite and Salesforce optimisation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, and Change teams to ensure system integration, data alignment, and adoption of new processes.
• Act as the primary Finance liaison, managing stakeholders and facilitating clear decision-making.
• Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities to ensure a seamless transition to the new operating model.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified (/QBE) finance professional with deep expertise in billing, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
• Proven experience leading finance workstreams in ERP/CRM transformation programmes, ideally with NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of O2C and R2R processes
• Confident in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
