Job Description

Finance Process Analyst \n\nWe are recruiting a Finance Process Analyst to support delivery of a major finance improvement programme focused on enhancing financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.\n\nYou will work closely with the Finance Solution Delivery Lead and programme stakeholders to analyse current processes, define improved finance solutions, and support implementation across multiple workstreams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCapture and document finance business requirements\nAnalyse and design improved finance processes and supporting systems\nSupport solution design across finance transformation initiatives\nPrepare and coordinate system and process testing activities\nSupport implementation planning and rollout activities\nWork with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processesKey Experience\n\nExperience delivering finance process improvement or finance transformation initiatives\nStrong business analysis and process design capability\nExperience supporting finance system or process implementations\nKnowledge of finance reporting, forecasting, or data management processes\nAbility to operate across analysis, design, testing, and implementation phases
