Join Our Client as a Finance Operations Manager!\n \nLocation: London (Hybrid) | Contract Type: Permanent | Working Pattern: Part Time (21-28 hours per week)\n \nAre you a finance professional with a passion for making a difference? Our client is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead their financial activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a impactful organisation whilst gaining exposure to the Board and Executive team!\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee all operational finance aspects, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.\nFoster strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely invoice payments.\nManage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.\nPrepare insightful management and Board reports, including monthly KPI updates.\nLead the annual budget-setting process in collaboration with the CEO and other heads of service.\nMonitor financial performance, providing advice and assurance to the CEO and Board.\nMaintain accurate financial records and ensure robust record-keeping practises.\nSupport strategic financial planning, including multi-year financial models and appraisals.What You Bring:\n\nA degree or recognised qualification in accounting, finance management, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in operational and management finance.\nKnowledge or experience in the housing and/or charity sector is a plus!\nExcellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and competence in producing financial reports.\n\nAbility to work with Executive teams whilst also complete transactional finance activities.\nWhy Join Us?\n\nMeaningful Work: Have a real impact on the customers of this charity whilst working with the CEO and the Board.\n\nFlexible Hours: Enjoy a part-time schedule that allows you to balance work and life effectively.\nTeam Environment: Work alongside a dedicated team committed to excellence and service.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!\n\nOur client is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.\nWe look forward to your application!\n \nAdecco is a -confident employer.
