Finance Manager, Live Entertainment Scale-Up, London/Hybrid
Job Description
Finance Manager | International Entertainment Start-Up | Central London/Hybrid
\n
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing business in the creative industries who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager.
\n
The company partners with some of the most exciting names in the entertainment and creative sector, delivering innovative projects across multiple formats. Their work spans high-profile productions and live experiences, working alongside household-name brands, celebrities and entertainment giants. Following a successful recent fundraise, the business is entering its next stage of growth, investing heavily in its infrastructure and finance capabilities to support expansion.
\n
The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven-an environment where finance is seen as a commercial partner to the wider business rather than a back-office function.
\n
The Role
\n
This Finance Manager position will be central to strengthening the company's financial reporting and providing insight to support strategic decision-making. You'll own month-end reporting, management accounts, and variance analysis, working closely with the Finance Director to ensure finance is supporting business growth.
\n
With an ongoing insourcing and automation project underway, you'll benefit from improved systems and reduced manual processes-allowing you to focus on higher-value analysis, month-end accuracy, and strategic finance projects. You'll also work closely with and learn directly from an experienced Finance Director, gaining exposure to board-level conversations and developing your commercial finance skillset.
\n
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the creative and entertainment industries (or similar, project-based sectors) and a strong foundation in management accounts. There are ample opportunities to see the value you're adding to the business and progress in your career over time, so this is well-suited to a curious, driven, and enthusiastic candidate with strong communication skills.
\n
This is a hybrid role based in their flagship location in Central London. While flexible, the client operates a hybrid working environment with ideally 3+ days per week in the office.
