Job Description

Finance EA with a creative Flair required for boutique investment bank in the West End.

\n\n

This role will be supporting two demanding Senior Partners with diary and heavy travel management, one of the Partners travel extensively throughout the year as well as diary and travel. The role will also include an element of personal work in the role.

\n\n

The other 50% of the role will be assisting in managing events which take place once a month, helping with the design of the invites, logistics and event planning, attending the events, helping with the catering as well as the branding of the events including marketing and communications.

\n\n

Knowledge of In-Design or Canva would be highly desirable with a creative flair. Knowledge of SalesForce or Piper Database to add email contacts and preparation of client reports.

\n\n

Knowledge of French, Spanish or German is also highly desirable ad they have investors on a very global basis.

\n\n

Immediate start for the right candidate. This role is also hybrid 4/1 with Friday wfh day.
