Business Systems Analyst | Finance | Hybrid Working | Chorley
Do you have experience supporting the COINS system, or other ERPs?
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join my clients team in supporting their finance ERPs.
Role / Requirements:
- Gather and document business needs from key stakeholders and interpret them into system requirements.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of system changes.
- Manage and document system changes until they are implemented.
- Coordinate with third-party software partners by handing over business requirements and monitoring progress.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure changes meet requirements.
- Perform testing for upgrades, service packs, and fixes in line with policies.
- Provide third-line support for business systems
- Creation of training materials such as help cards and video clips.
- Maintenance and configuration of systems.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience in a BSA, Finance Analyst, Systems Accountant or similar role supporting Finance or Payroll systems
- Excellent communication skills, at all levels and experience with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Logical and analytic thinker with a willingness to learn new skills and promote best practice across the business.
- Experience supporting ERP/business systems, such as COINS, Syrinx, Dynamics, SAP, Sage etc
