Job Description

Morgan McKinley is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a well established company based in the Brighton, East Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be working on a hybrid basis. The role will be working as part of the Finance team, supporting with sales ledger duties, checking of billing information, processing payments, invoices, credit notes etc.\n\nSalary: £27K\n\nLocation: Hybrid working - Brighton office 3 days a week\n\nFinance Assistant duties:\n\nProcessing of invoices and credit notes\nSending out statements\nChecking and processing of client information - billing information \nMonitoring, checking and matching payments received\nProcessing payments\nRespond to any client account - payment queries \nUpdate balances in the accounting systemsSkills and experience:\n\nExperience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant type role, processing invoices, payments etc.\nGood IT, using systems such as Sage or SAP\nExcellent communication skills
