Our client is seeking a collaborative and analytical Finance Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role supports go-to-market and product teams with strategic financial insights, modeling, and reporting. You'll help shape the future of our business by driving performance through data and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting.

Contract Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension
Hybrid Schedule: On-site in Draper office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales and Post-Sales leaders.
- Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy for business reporting.
- Build detailed financial models for sales productivity, retention, and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for headcount, commissions, and operational expenses.
- Refine subscription revenue forecasts using attrition, LTV, and revenue per customer metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Accounting to ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end close.
Qualifications:
- Proven success optimizing financial reporting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience in high-growth, data-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting tools like Adaptive Insights.
- Familiarity with accounting processes related to monthly/quarterly close cycles.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, planning, reporting, and large-scale data analysis.

- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Partnered with GTM teams on budgeting, forecasting, or performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
