Hiring Now: Final Inspector – Quality Control

Pay: $20–$24+/hr based on experience

Do you have a passion for quality and a talent for catching the small details that matter? We are seeking a Final Inspector to join a manufacturing team responsible for ensuring products meet customer expectations before they leave the facility.

As the final step in the production process, you’ll help verify that finished products meet all required standards, specifications, and quality requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspect completed products to confirm they meet quality standards
• Review measurements, specifications, and paperwork for accuracy
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other tools
• Identify and communicate any defects or issues
• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot quality concerns
• Complete inspection documentation and maintain quality records

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in quality, inspection, or manufacturing
• Comfortable reading blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Familiar with inspection tools and measurement techniques
• Detail-focused with the ability to identify quality concerns
• Able to work independently while supporting a team environment
