Application performance tuning andoptimization Resolution of tickets with quality and withinSLA Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis Experience in Workflow maintenance Knowledge of Finacle Application 10x orhigher version Complete knowledge of Loan module and theentire life cycle Knowledge of other modules like CASAInterface EOD/BOD etc Hands on experienced on windowsunix/linux Oracle SQL & PL/SQL Able t handle pressure & support criticalproduction issues Willing t work extended hours during criticalincidents & schedule weekend deployments.
