Job Description:
• Entry level thin film coating engineer
• Work with senior engineering support to design, prototype, and produce thin film products
• Provide engineering support to production team
• Monitor and interpret in process and post production metrology
• Experienced in thin film coating designs and materials
• Experience with sputtered thin films design, processes, and equipment
• Roll to roll deposition and/or converting experience
• Familiar with thin film design and expertise in one or more thin film design tools: TFCalc, OptiLayer, FilmStar, FilmWizard
• Statistical methods and design of experiments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• 5+ years thin film coating designs and materials experience (level 2: 1-2 years)
• 5+ years’ experience with sputtered thin films deposition (level 2: general knowledge)
• 2 years’ experience with roll to roll deposition and/or converting experience (level 2: no experience required)

Education Required:
• Engineering BS degree
