Core Responsibilities
- Perform NASSCO PACP pipeline condition inspections and produce accurate, NASSCO‐compliant reports. (Experience )
- Operate and maintain hydro jetting units to clear blockages and restore flow.
- Conduct safe hydro excavation for utility locating, daylighting, and root/obstruction removal.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform routine service on trucks, reels, cameras, and ancillary tools.
- Complete digital job reports, safety checklists, and photo documentation in a timely, professional manner.
- Enforce jobsite safety and company standards while representing the firm to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement and the development of field protocols and training materials.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail.
- Experience with PACP inspections, CCTV inspection, hydro jetting, or hydro excavation ; proven aptitude for technical learning accepted.
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- NASSCO PACP certification, CDL, and confined space training are strong advantages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to complete accurate digital reports.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining equipment and site cleanliness.
