As a Field service technician (Mechanic), You will use your skills to preform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with limited or no supervision in a safe and professional manner. If you have the desire and ambition, you'll have the potential to work towards leadership roles in our origination.

Field Mechanic Responsibilities:

As a field mechanic you will be traveling to customer job sites for service and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on different forms of aerial and earthmoving equipment.

* On-Site Maintenance and repairs: Travel to customer job site to preform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct repairs on      aerial and heavy equipment. 

* Mechanical Expertise: Diagnose and repair mechanical problems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, and other essential             components of heavy machinery.

* Electrical and hydraulic systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and hydraulic systems, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.

* Diesel systems: Preform maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, addressing issues related to fuel systems, exhaust, and emissions.

* Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance procedures to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent breakdowns.

* Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promotion a safe working environment for yourself and those around you.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including parts used and work preformed.

Qualifications:

* Experience: A minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of relevant experience is necessary.

* Driving Experience: A valid drivers license with acceptable driving record. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant driving experience is required.

* Technical skills: Hard down/major repair skills are a necessity.

* Training: Factory, Vocational, or mechanical training is a plus.

* Equipment experience: A history of working with different forms of heavy equipment and aerial equipment, specifically scissor lifts, forklifts, boom lifts, telehandlers and other types of aerial and earthmoving equipment. 

* Tools: Must own applicable tools for this position

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times

* This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen and a physical exam.
