About the Role:

A-Plus Contracting, LLC is seeking dependable and hardworking Field Technicians / Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with various field operations including site preparation, equipment setup, maintenance, and general labor duties to support environmental and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily field operations including setup, cleanup, and equipment handling

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Support Vac Truck Operators, Crew Leads, and Field Supervisors as needed

• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

• Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and material handling

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Report any safety or maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous labor, field, or construction experience (but not required)

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Valid driver's license

• Must be punctual and safety-conscious

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed)

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
