Field Technician - Georgia

This role involves installing, servicing and relocate vertical lift and storage equipment for our clients.  If you are graduating from a technical program or have hands-on mechanical skills, this could be the opportunity to build a long-term career with competitive pay, benefits, and advancement potential.

* Install, service, and relocate American Specialty equipment independently or while coordinating and training external crews

* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues on-site or by phone

*Deliver, tag, set-up, and assist in configuring end-user hardware, software, and peripherals

*Submit hours, expenses, and parts requests accurately and on time

*coordinate third-party vendor repairs as needed

*Support customers and the service team with clear communication and problem required

Willingness to travel on a regular basis.  Travel typically occurs during weekdays only.  

* Installation projects may require Monday through Friday travel

*Technical maintenance work my involve one to two overnight stays

*No weekend travel required

*Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts and work at heights up to 35 feet

*Computer proficiency, including MS Office and ability to navigate online systems.
