Job Summary:
As a Condenser Cleaning Technician with Mole-Master, you will safely and efficiently clean bulk storage vessels and other industrial areas at customer sites. This role involves extensive travel, working in high places, confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Maintain professionalism and respect with clients and vendors.
- Communication: Participate in training, ask relevant questions, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Documentation: Complete all required documentation, including DOT logbooks and expense reports, in a timely manner.
- Production & Safety: Perform manual labor, operate equipment, and ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including certifications for air monitoring, confined space, DOT, and respiratory fitness.
- Technical Skills: Use hand tools, electrical tools, and understand hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Operate project-specific equipment like high-pressure washers and air compressors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (passport required for international travel)
- 1-3 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in confined spaces and high places
- Certifications: Air monitoring, confined space, DOT, respiratory fitness (training provided)
