We are seeking skilled field techs with the ability to learn quickly. This is a unique opportunity to work with the innovation group on deploying new custom technology. Our team works at one location for a few weeks to a few months depending on the size of the organization. The primary role is to support and train the end-users. Training on the new technology is provided and the position offers the opportunity to learn a variety of different custom built IT solutions.

Key Skills:

· Background supporting end users with technology support and/or training.

· Dependable transportation with the willingness to travel to different locations in MD as needed (expenses covered).

· Good customer service and communication skills.

· IT, technical, or engineering support.
