Our Field Technicians are the final step in making sure new technology doesn’t just get installed — it gets fully operational and ready for the customer to use.

Position Overview

As a Field Technician, you’ll be responsible for the software setup, programming, testing, and activation of ATMs, ITMs, and other banking technology. You’ll work directly with hardware teams, financial institutions, and vendors to ensure every installation is live, compliant, and customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, program, and test ATMs, ITMs, and other electronic banking equipment.

• Install and update software, firmware, and network configurations as required.

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, transaction errors, and security protocols.

• Collaborate with rigging, electrical, and low-voltage crews during “bring-live” phase.

• Perform diagnostic checks and ensure machines are fully operational before handoff.

• Provide clear communication with project managers, clients, and vendors.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, updates, and programming changes.

• Travel throughout the Midwest to perform site-based work.

Qualifications

• Technical background in IT, networking, or electronic systems.

• Experience with ATM/ITM platforms (Diebold, NCR, Hyosung, or similar) .

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.

• Comfortable working with networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).

• Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight when required.

• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
