What exactly does a field technician do?
Our Field Techs are primarily responsible for setting and clearing rat traps, executing exclusion processes (sealing entry points with 1/4" mesh and other materials provided), and communicating courteously and professionally with homeowners.
What do we offer?
Competitive wage starting at $20/hr after 3 months $24-28 (based on job performance)
A 4-day workweek 8 am-5 pm Tuesday - Friday
Training provided in RES techniques, systems, and best practices

What you need to apply:
A valid drivers license with a clean driver's record
A clean and kempt appearance
Desire to grow with a team
2 years of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn with a team
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
Additional requirements include:
Ability to work independently
Capacity to document services and complete reports
Able to enter/exit tight structures and crawl spaces
Ability to navigate structures; ascend/descend ladders and stairs
Willingness to use personal protective equipment
Ability to use common hand and power tools
