JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting claim investigations by completing essential field tasks that complement and extend the work of desk adjusters. This is an entry-level field role designed to enhance claim resolution by providing accurate, timely, and in-person observations, documentation, and in-person engagement. The specialist operates in the field and serves as the on-the-ground resource for adjusters and investigators.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct in-person door knocks to locate parties who are unresponsive.

· Verify or occupancy at an address.

· Perform scene inspections and photograph damage to property, vehicles, or other locations relevant to the claim.

· Identify, view, and capture surveillance footage from nearby businesses, residences, or other sources potentially relevant to the claim.

· Deliver documents or checks, obtain required signatures, and confirm receipt when needed.

· Visit medical clinics to retrieve medical records or verify provider licensing and activity.

· Assist in locating witnesses, verifying identities, or confirming facts of loss when needed.

· Document field observations accurately and submit reports, photos, or confirmations in a timely manner.

· Perform any other field-based tasks as requested by desk adjusters or investigators to support claim handling, fact verification, or timely file resolution.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while engaging with the public.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree .

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to remain calm and professional during in-person encounters.

· Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or digital tools for capturing documentation.

· Ability to travel locally within assigned region.

INTER-RELATIONSHIP COMPONENT:

· Ability to develop strong working relationships with Claims Adjusters, Investigators, Supervisors, and Support Staff;

· Ability to interact with third parties (e.g., claimants, witnesses, medical office personnel) in a respectful and professional manner;

· Ability to communicate field findings clearly and timely to internal teams to support claim resolution;

· Ability to be a team player and work cohesively with Aspire General Insurance and Partner Companies’ staff to achieve department goals;

· Able to represent the Company professionally during in-person visits and contribute to a positive corporate image;

· Able to consistently provide responsive and courteous service to both internal and external contacts.

WORKING CONDITIONS

· This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel and in-person interactions.

· Work is performed outdoors or in various community settings.

· Requires walking, driving, and extended periods of time outside or in vehicles.

· Flexible hours may be required depending on assignment needs.

· May occasionally involve handling sensitive or confrontational situations.
