Role Overview:
We are looking for a Field Support Engineer with strong desktop support experience to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support end users in a fast-paced environment.

- PC deployment & peripheral setup
- Windows desktop support
- Strong communication and customer support skills
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot desktop, connectivity, and user issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on desktop systems
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Follow IT policies, documentation, and security procedures

- Willingness to work onsite and rotational shifts
- Candidate must have their own vehicle
