EcoBrite Services is a janitorial company with a reputation for excellence in facility care and operational support. We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Field Supervisor to join our team in the Los Angeles/Palm Desert/Temecula Area.

The Field Supervisor will play a key role in supporting our frontline teams across client store locations. This position focuses on providing on-the-ground leadership, training, and equipment support. While there will be minimal direct client interaction, the primary responsibility is ensuring that our teams are well-supported and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Travel between client store locations within the LA area.
• Provide on-site supervision, coaching, and support for janitorial teams.
• Assist with training, including cleaning standards and safety protocols.
• Support teams with equipment troubleshooting and usage.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with operations leadership regarding staffing, scheduling, and supply needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities supervision .
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the LA Area and surrounding areas.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly .
