Position Overview
Bunny Hill Builds is looking for a dependable and skilled Field Supervisor to support the day-to-day execution of our residential remodeling projects. Working closely with our Senior Project Manager, you will be the eyes and ears on the job site — keeping work moving, trades coordinated, and quality on point. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes pride in a well-run job site, and wants to grow within a team that values craftsmanship and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Job Oversight

Be the primary Field presence across assigned residential remodeling projects

Open and close job sites daily, ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure

Monitor the daily flow of work and keep trades on schedule

Identify and flag issues, delays, or quality concerns to the Sr. Project Manager promptly

Ensure all work areas in occupied homes are protected and cleaned up at the end of each day
Subcontractor Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and sequencing of subcontractors on site

Ensure subcontractors have what they need to work efficiently (access, materials, clear scope)

Flag incomplete or below-standard work before the next trade begins

Review subcontractor work and complete quality and completeness checklists before authorizing payment or next-phase start
Quality Control

Conduct walk-throughs to verify work meets plans, specs, and BHB quality standards

Complete site checklists at key milestones and phase transitions
-
Take organized, labeled site photos to document progress and conditions

Escalate any deviations from scope or design to the Project Manager immediately
Client Relations

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for homeowners throughout the duration of each project

Conduct in-home meetings and walkthroughs to align on scope, progress, and design requirements

Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and issue resolutions clearly and professionally

Ensure an exceptional client experience by being responsive, organized, and solution-oriented
Materials & Dite Logistics

Receive and verify material deliveries against purchase orders
-
Organize and stage materials to keep the site efficient and clutter-free
-
Communicate material shortages or delivery issues to the Backoffice team

Identify and address issues, deficiencies, or deviations from scope in a timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements
Required
-
3+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
-
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and design plans
-
Hands-on experience working across multiple trade types (framing, drywall, tile, finish work, etc.)

Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
-
Highly organized, punctual, and self-directed in a field environment
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable using a Construction software (BuilderTrend or similar) smartphone for photos, messaging, and basic project apps
-
Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements
-
Established relationships with subcontractors and trade vendors in the local market

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
-
Degree or technical training in construction management, building science, or a related field
