Overview
The Field Supervisor is a hands-on leader who supports the Installation Manager with daily field operations, team performance, and weekly revenue goals. This role ensures crews are properly staffed, prepared, and able to deliver high-quality installations. The Field Supervisor works closely with their assigned teamsjoining them in the field, assisting with installations, providing training, and supporting service or rework needs.
This is a full-time role based in Chantilly, with typical hours from 6:306:45 a.m. through mid-afternoon, involving field work, site visits, and light administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Crew Support & Field Leadership
- Support crews to complete high-quality projects on schedule and within weekly revenue targets
- Assist with installations, provide hands-on training, and help resolve jobsite challenges
- Ensure teams have the correct information, materials, and tools
- Conduct field walk-throughs to maintain quality and coach improvements
Staffing & Scheduling Support
- Help ensure proper crew staffing to meet weekly schedules
- Assist in same-day staffing adjustments when needed
- Communicate daily with the Install Manager on progress and manpower needs
- Support onboarding and field training of new installers
Service Calls & Go-Backs
- Complete assigned service calls and rework with a one-visit goal
- Support crews in identifying root causes and preventing repeat issues
- Report findings to the Install Manager for process improvement
Field Operations & Safety
- Assist with morning load-outs to prepare crews for the day
- Promote safe work habits, vehicle cleanliness, and proper tool use
- Help monitor field performance metrics, including quality and weekly installed revenue
Team Development
- Provide ongoing coaching and skill-building for installers
- Support training programs and identify team development needs
- Encourage a positive, accountable field culture
Qualifications
- 24+ years of experience in residential carpentry, flooring, or related trades
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Effective problem solver with ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with basic computer systems (CRM, Word, time tracking, Company Cam)
- Fluent or conversational Spanish
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
